Your Visit to Tranquil Radiance Esthetics

Welcome to Tranquil Radiance Esthetics. I want your visit to feel simple, calm, and stress-free from the moment you arrive. This guide walks you through parking, how to enter My Beauty Suites, and how to find Suite 106 with ease.

Parking

​Free parking is available directly in front of the building. You’re welcome to enter a few minutes early and take a seat in the lobby if you arrive ahead of your appointment time.

Current Entry Notice

My Beauty Suite is still onboarding new businesses and finalizing building access.
For now, the main entrance will remain locked at all times, regardless of the day or time.

This means that during this temporary period, all clients will need to use either a visitor pass or the entrance screen to enter the building.

Once the building transitions to its regular access schedule, the main doors will be:

  • Unlocked Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Locked outside those hours (mornings, evenings, and Sundays)

Once the regular schedule begins, visitor passes will only be required for appointments outside the 9–6 weekday window.

Your Visitor Pass

Before your appointment, you’ll receive a visitor pass by text or email if your appointment time requires one.

Your visitor pass includes:

  • your unique entry code

  • a QR code (with the option to save it to your Apple or Android Wallet)

You can use either the code or the QR code to unlock the main entrance.

How to Enter the Building

When you arrive at the main entrance:

1. Tap “Start” on the screen

You’ll see the following options:

  • Directory

  • Delivery

  • Visitor Pass

  • Door PIN

2. If you have your visitor pass:

Select Visitor Pass, then:

  • enter your entry code, or

  • scan your QR code

The door will unlock automatically.

3. If you need assistance entering:

Select Directory and search for:

  • “Tamika”, or

  • “106”

You’ll see options to Call or Text, and I will unlock the door for you.

Inside the Lobby

Once inside, you’ll step into the My Beauty Suites lobby — a quiet, comfortable waiting area.
If you arrive early, feel free to take a seat and relax until your appointment begins.

Finding Suite 106

After entering the building:

  1. Turn left

  2. Go around the corner

  3. Follow the hallway all the way to the end

  4. Suite 106 will be on your left

Directional signs for the 101–108 suites will guide you.
