Policies & Terms

At Tranquil Radiance Esthetics, I am committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and results-focused experience. Please review the following policies before booking or making a purchase.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online. The exact studio address will be provided in your confirmation email after booking.

  • A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm and secure your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will also incur the $50 fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of consideration for other clients.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the $50 cancellation fee.

  • You are still responsible for the full service fee, even if your treatment time is reduced.

Payments & Refunds

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Debit, Visa, and Mastercard (online and in-person).

  • Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards: Non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards do not expire.

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates & Gift Vouchers

Gift cards and certificates are a wonderful way to share the Tranquil Radiance experience. Please review the following terms before purchasing or redeeming.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates (Purchased)
  • Gift cards and gift certificates do not expire.

  • They may be redeemed online or in-spa toward services or retail purchases.

  • eGift cards can be purchased online at www.tranquilradiance.ca/gift-card.

  • Physical gift certificates are available for purchase in-spa.

  • Please treat them like cash — Tranquil Radiance Esthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or certificates.

  • Gift cards and certificates cannot be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

  • Balances may be applied toward future purchases. If your total exceeds the available balance, another form of payment will be required.

Gift Vouchers (Complimentary or Promotional)
  • Gift vouchers are complimentary and may be provided as part of a promotion, giveaway, or special offer.

  • Vouchers will include an expiration date and may be valid only for specific services, products, or time periods.

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or gift cards/certificates.

  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

  • Tranquil Radiance Esthetics is not responsible for lost or misplaced vouchers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • At Tranquil Radiance Esthetics, all retail products are carefully selected with your skin’s health and safety in mind.

  • Final Sale: Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

  • Reactions or Concerns: If you experience a reaction or wish to switch to a different product, please reach out. While returns or exchanges are not guaranteed, we are happy to offer personalized support and recommendations.

  • Exchanges: We do not accept product exchanges at this time.

Shipping Policy (For Retail Products)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $20 CAD is applied to all Canadian orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Tranquil Radiance Esthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.

Service Conditions & Consent

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

"I, the undersigned, consent to receive my scheduled service(s) by an esthetician at Tranquil Radiance Esthetics. I have voluntarily elected to undergo this treatment/procedure. I understand the importance of following all instructions for post-treatment care. If I have additional questions or concerns, I will consult the esthetician immediately."

Tranquil Radiance Esthetics is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from products or treatments. Please disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to your service.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected and used only for appointment confirmations, email communications (if subscribed), and loyalty program participation in compliance with privacy laws.

  • Client data is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

Website Terms of Use
