Booking & Appointments

Q: How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online through our Boking Page. You'll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled.

Q: Where are you located?

Tranquil Radiance Esthetics is a private, home-based studio in Brampton, Ontario. The exact address will be shared after your appointment is confirmed.

Q: Can I book multiple services at once?

Yes! You can select multiple services during the online booking process. If you're not sure which services are right for you, feel free to book a consultation first.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

Availability can vary, so we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for evening and weekend appointments.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Q: What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and the full service fee will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee. 

Treatments & Services

Q: I'm not sure which facial to choose. Can you help?

Absolutely! If you're unsure, book a Skincare Consultation or the Essential facial as a starting point. We'll assess your skin and recommend the best treatment plan based on your concerns and goals.

Q: Do you offer treatments for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Yes, we specialize in customized facials for all skin types, including sensitive, acne-prone, and melanin-rich skin. Your comfort and safety are our priority.

Q: Are advanced treatments like peels or microneedling suitable for my skin tone?

Tranquil Radiance Esthetics takes a cautious, informed approach to treating deeper skin tones. We'll always evaluate your skin history and customize your treatment accordingly.

Retail & Skincare Products

Q: Can I buy products without booking a service?

Yes! You can shop for skincare and body care products directly on our online store.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of skincare, all sales are final unless an item is damaged or defective. If you experience a reaction or need product guidance, we're happy to help. Click here to view our full Return Policy. 

Q: How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $20 CAD across Canada. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with estimated delivery in 2-8 business days.

Gift Cards & Payments

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Both physical and e-gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or products. They do not expire unless stated otherwise.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit, Visa and Mastercard payments - both online and in-person.

Before & Aftercare

Q: Do I need to prep for my facial or body treatment?

Just come with clean skin, if possible. Avoid exfoliating or using strong actives (like retinol or acids) 2-3 days prior to treatment unless advised otherwise.

Q: Will I receive aftercare instructions?

Yes - every treatment comes with personalized aftercare guidance. If you have questions after your appointment, you're always welcome to reach out.

Policies & Safety

Q: What are your safety and sanitation practices?

We follow all provincial health regulations and sanitize thoroughly between clients. Your comfort and hygiene are always top priority.

Q: What if I have allergies or skin sensitivities?

Please inform us during booking or before your service. We use professional-grade, skin-safe products and will adjust your treatment as needed.
