Cancellation Policy
Late Policy We ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full value of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This helps us maintain our schedule and be respectful of all clients' time. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can get busy, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-show appointments will also incur a $50 fee. Your understanding helps us maintain a smooth schedule and allows us to serve all of our clients effectively.
