Service Description
A detailed, 30-minute assessment that identifies your skin concerns, evaluates your current routine, and clarifies what your skin needs to function at its best. This consultation includes a review of contributing factors, personalized product recommendations, and a customized treatment plan. An emailed summary with your routine and next steps is provided after the session. Best for: new clients, recurring concerns, texture changes, pigmentation, breakouts, sensitivity, or anyone unsure where to start. Includes: - In-person visual assessment or guided virtual review - Intake review + discussion of goals - Personalized product and treatment recommendations - Emailed summary with your full routine + next steps - $20 credit toward skincare products or a future facial
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full value of their scheduled treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the appointment time may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the schedule of other clients. Cancellation Policy Life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. Clients are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-show appointments will also be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps maintain a smooth schedule and ensures all clients have fair access to appointment availability.
