Service Description
A detailed 30-minute consultation designed to evaluate your skin concerns, current routine, and contributing factors that may be impacting your results. This session provides clear, professional guidance on what your skin needs to function optimally. You’ll receive personalized product recommendations, a customized treatment plan, and an emailed summary outlining your routine and next steps. A $20 credit is applied toward recommended skincare products or a future treatment. Best for: • New clients seeking professional guidance • Recurring or persistent concerns • Texture changes or uneven tone • Pigmentation or breakouts • Sensitivity or barrier disruption • Anyone unsure where to begin
Cancellation Policy
Late Policy Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full value of their scheduled treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the appointment time may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the schedule of other clients. Cancellation Policy Life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. Clients are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-show appointments will also be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps maintain a smooth schedule and ensures all clients have fair access to appointment availability.
